• Shawn has over 15 years of banking experience all in SBA lending.
• Shawn has held several prominent positions in Credit Administration at some of the top nationwide SBA bank’s in the country prior to his arrival at HBC. He was the former #1 producing Senior SBA Underwriter at Temecula Valley Bank.  He also was an SBA Underwriter Trainer/Manager/Team Leader at Temecula Valley Bank before entering in sales.
• Shawn was also a very high producing Business Development Officer for major national SBA lenders throughout his career.
• Shawn’s extensive underwriting background and wealth of SBA expertise help him to quickly assess loan packages and, if needed, make creative restructuring recommendations to make the deal work. Shawn is considered a hotel lending expert and has closed deals in just about every industry type throughout his career.
• Shawn has a degree in Economics from University of California, San Diego (UCSD)
